Refund and Return policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at info@norea-store.com. Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

Items must still meet the same return conditions: unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If so, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days.

Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@norea-store.com.

Processing Returns

Once your return reaches our warehouse (or that of our logistics partner) and is confirmed to meet the return requirements, we’ll either ship your replacement or process your refund. Refunds usually take 3–7 business days to complete once approved.

Return Shipping Fees

If the return is initiated by the customer for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The exact shipping fee will depend on the express carrier chosen by the customer.

If the return is due to our error-such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item-we will cover the return shipping costs, and the customer will not be required to pay for shipping in this case.
